Learning Resources Developer
Lesley is a Learning Resource Developer, working closely with colleagues in Community and Criminal Justice to create a range of digital learning resources for use in training Probation Officers. In this role, she facilitates the use of digital technology in delivering distance learning programmes, encouraging lecturers to expand and develop their use of technology. She is always looking for opportunities to extend the range of digital activities available to students, making activities active and engaging.
Lesley has over 10 years experience in digital learning, previously working in e-learning at Leicester College, developing, supporting and promoting the use of Moodle for teaching and learning. In this role she also supported the assessment and development of digital skills in teaching staff.
Lesley also has many years’ experience working in IT at a number of midlands universities, primarily supporting and developing IT systems in relation to Payroll.
