With expertise in executive leadership programme design and delivery, organisational advisory, business development, and design thinking, Matteo empowers professionals to tackle real-world challenges with confidence and clarity. Drawing on his Co-Active Institute coaching approach and transformative education from the Stanford LEAD program, he supports individuals in aligning their values with their professional presence, fostering authentic growth and impact.
