Dr Ngozichukwuka M. Eneh (PhD) is a passionate social innovator and Lecturer at the School of Leadership, Management, and Marketing at Leicester Castle Business School, ¸Ô±¾ÊÓÆµ, Leicester, United Kingdom. A proud member of Institute of Responsible Business and Social Justice. Ngozi’s work sits at the powerful intersections of gender, enterprise, technology, and inclusive development—especially within emerging economies. Her research exists beyond texts; it drives empowering change. From advancing female entrepreneurship, to empowering marginalised communities, Ngozi’s research contributes to fostering gender equality, reducing gender poverty, empowering minorities and building resilient and sustainable communities through entrepreneurship, networks and technology.
With over ten years of industry experience spanning financial services, advertising, brand management, and corporate communications, Ngozi bridges the gap between theory and practice by combining academic expertise with industry insight towards empowering communities. Ngozi, an experienced corporate communications professional and creative, is a key resource person and consultant for youth and women enterprise development initiatives, working with private sector organisations, NGOs, and governments across Africa. Ngozi is the convener of resilience network, a platform for building resilience towards resilient and sustainable communities. A certified empowering educator and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, Ngozi’s commitment to innovative teaching excellence earned her a 2025 Student’s Choice Teaching Award nomination.
